Do you know how to brush your teeth well?
- Hold your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle toward the gums. Use gentle, circular motions instead of hard back-and-forth scrubbing. This helps remove plaque effectively while protecting your gums from damage.
- Spend two full minutes brushing, twice a day (morning and night). Make sure to clean all surfaces of your teeth: front, back, and chewing surfaces. Many people rush and miss important areas.
- Gently brushing your tongue removes bacteria that cause bad breath. Lightly brushing along the gum line helps prevent gum disease and keeps your mouth feeling fresh and healthy.
